My Role
React Native Developer, 2-person team — codebase restructuring, UI, and API integration.
Problem
The existing React Native codebase had performance and maintainability problems that needed fixing before new wallet features could be safely built on top of it.
Solution
Restructured and optimized the codebase, then built pixel-perfect responsive UI from Figma designs and integrated wallet and transaction-related APIs.

Diagnosing and fixing architectural debt in someone else's codebase without a rewrite, while shipping new wallet functionality in parallel.

Why This Is Technically Impressive
This is a "fixed someone else's architecture" story rather than a downloads story — valuable evidence of judgment on an existing codebase, which is most of what a senior hire actually does day to day.
