Problem
The client needed three distinct, role-specific apps (customer ordering, driver fulfillment, vendor management) launched together for a new market, with a hard first-phase milestone delivered onsite.
Solution
Three React Native applications sharing common infrastructure but built for distinct workflows — ordering and tracking for customers, order acceptance and navigation for drivers, and menu/order management for vendors.
